This really depends on your video and/or photo needs, but typically for weddings we deliver within 6-8 weeks. As for other video or photo projects, the delivery may be between 1-3 weeks.
We frequently see a confusion on what exactly RAW footage is, but we are here to help you understand! We as well as most in the industry, refer to RAW footage as all of the footage off our SD cards as is. If you were to purchase RAW footage you would receive an assortment of video clips or pictures exactly how they were filmed or photographed straight from the camera.
Of course! Although we typically we choose all of the music for our projects, we want you to be involved as much as you’d like to be! We license all of our music so that none of our videos get copyrighted so if you want to choose your music, just let us know and we will let you choose from whichever licensing site we are using!
Glad you asked! To secure a shoot date with us, we typically require a 50% deposit of the total cost. The remaining balance can be paid either before or after filming, depending on the specifics of the project. We offer online payment options for your convenience, but we also accept checks and cash.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we maintain backups of all our footage until a project is finalized. As an added measure of security, we typically retain these backups for a few months after completion. However, to optimize storage for current projects, we periodically clear out our hard drives and permanently delete any footage that we do not anticipate using again. If you are interested in retaining a copy of the raw footage from your project, we can arrange for its sale to you. Please note that the raw footage is distinct from the final edited version of the shoot, which we retain permanently.
